The 2022 edition of Ultra Australia will host a cavalcade of international superstars when the EDM festival returns to Melbourne at the end of the summer.
The first series of artists announced is led by Dutch DJ-producer Afrojack (‘Hero’, ‘Anywhere With You’), Swedish superstar Alesso (‘Chasing Stars’, Swedish House Mafia), future Dutch house innovator Oliver Heldens (‘Turn On Me’, ‘This Groove’), and Grammy-nominated Steve Aoki (‘Waste It On Me’, ‘Just Hold On’).
Ultra Australia will also host Armada Music flag bearer Andrew Rayel, Belgian hardstyle virtuoso Coone, Canadian vocal hit-maker Frank Walker, Billboard frontman Sam Feldt and Australian Melbourne-Bounce pioneer Will Sparks, while Italian powerhouse Deborah De Luca will fascinate revelers with its punchy techno cuts.
“We couldn’t be happier to present the programming for Phase 1 of Ultra Australia 2022! See you in Melbourne on March 5,” the event’s organizer said on social media.
Partygoers can “hit the dance floor with the Ultra Angels” or cool off in one of the designated shaded “chill out” areas. There will also be something to appease gourmets with a range of culinary delights offered by various food trucks.
Stay tuned for the ULTRA Australia Phase 2 lineup. Tickets are on sale.
2022 Ultra Australia will take place at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl & Kings Domain (Melbourne) on March 5.
