SHARON VAN ETTEN / ANGEL OLSEN / JULIEN BAKER

One of the most anticipated tours of 2022 is the Wild Hearts Tour, featuring Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen and Julien Baker. They added second shows in Los Angeles and Toronto due to popular demand, and all dates are here.

SF SKETCHFEST

SF Sketchfest has postponed its 2022 edition, which was due to take place now, and announced the 2023 dates which will be January 20 – February 5, 2023. See you next year.

BRIAN FALLON

Brian Fallon was due to begin touring with his band The Howling Weather this month, but due to Omicron’s current build-up he has had to cancel shows. The tour is now set to begin Feb. 15 in Atlanta and end March 5.

GARCIA PEOPLES

Garcia Peoples just released their new album, Dodge dues, and they will celebrate later this month with two shows at Brooklyn’s Union pool on January 21 and 22. They also play Treefort Music Fest in Boise in the spring. Listen to their new album:

Montreal singer Patrick Watson will be in New York for a unique show at the Poisson Rouge on March 31, performing in the round and supported by the Attacca Quartet. Tickets are on sale.

FULL OF HELL

Full of Hell is supporting Converge on a March tour with Uniform and Thou. This tour was announced without a date in New York, and now Full of Hell has announced its own date in Brooklyn immediately after (Saint Vitus on 03/22) with “very special guests”. Who do you think it could be?

WAYFARER NYC SHOW POSTPONED

Denver black metal/folk band Wayfarer were scheduled to be in New York next weekend to play Saint Vitus on January 22, but with Omicron still going strong, that show has been rescheduled for March 5. Tickets are still available.

LOUD CRY

Swedish indie veterans Shout Out Louds release new album lodge on February 18, and they will be on tour in May.
