Live at the Floyd Country Store – Tickets $ 20 in advance / $ 25 on day of show
Jeff Little is an award-winning musician from the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. With a few exceptions, the piano does not play a significant role in American or Appalachian music and is rarely the main instrument. But Jeff Little is an exception and a remarkable one. Jeff has not only been recognized as a critically acclaimed musician, but also as a true musical innovator.

Live at the Floyd Country Store – Tickets $ 10 in advance / $ 15 day of show
The Blue Ridge Girls, as their name, invokes quaint simplicity with their rendition of traditional mountain music. The trio includes Martha Spencer, Jamie Collins and Brett Morris.

Saturday 10/31/21 – 7:30 p.m. – Old fashioned Halloween dance with Whitetop Mountain Band
Admission $ 8 at the door / $ 5 for holders of the Amis et luminaires card


Thursday Honky Tonk

Starting September 4th, every Thursday evening, we hit the track to dance to some of the best honky tonk and classic country music, most often hosted by master telecaster player Redd Volkaert and his band.

Friday evening Jamboree
For more than 35 years, the tradition of the Friday Night Jamboree has been celebrated on the Floyd Country Store stage. Energetic string orchestras play catchy tunes for the flatfoot dance, mixed with slower numbers for the two steps. The night begins with a gospel at 6.30 p.m., and dance music starts at 7.30 p.m. and continues until 10 p.m. Friday Night Jamboree tickets available at the door starting 4:45 p.m., admission $ 8 ($ 5 for children under 12, free for children under 6). Some reserved places available in advance (purchased online).

NOTICE: For the first part of fall, the Friday Night Jamboree can take place in the backyard of the Floyd Country Store from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., with one admission per suggested donation ($ 8). Live online broadcasts will resume in October on our Facebook and Youtube channels. Subject to change, see our website for updated information.

Free live music from the Floyd Country Store stage starting at noon. Stay tuned to our website for up to date acts in old time, bluegrass, country and folk music!

Sunday Musical Jams, weekly: 1:30 a.m. – 3:30 a.m. Old Time Jam, 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Bluegrass Jam

Each week Old Time Jam features rotating host groups that conduct tunes at moderate speed – traditional instruments and dancers are welcome!
Our bluegrass jam spins hosts who lead the band into traditional bluegrass songs and tunes, with selections and solos circling the circle.

Sunday Jams are a great way to see traditional music as it has been played and transmitted for centuries, among friends and family in a community setting. Free for the public.
